Site Plan Review

A Site Plan Review is for development projects that are subject to a discretionary review approval process before a hearing officer during a public hearing. The public has an opportunity to testify in favor of or against the land use proposal During the hearing. The evidence is reviewed by the hearing officer, who renders a decision.

Site Plan Review hearings are generally held on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 3 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite B.

Public Attendance at Meetings

The City Council follows the spirit and intent of the Brown Act and other applicable laws regulating the conduct of public meetings in order to maximize transparency and public access. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, if you require a disability-related modification or accommodation to participate in this meeting, please call the City Clerk’s Office at 661-267-5151 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
