Qualify for Services

To qualify for our services, your household must meet HUD income guidelines and live in the following service area:

• Acton
• Lake Elizabeth
• Lake Los Angeles with Palmdale Zip code
• Littlerock
• Llano
• Palmdale
• Pearblossom

Requirements to Receive Services:

• Current proof of income (within the past 30 days) for each member in the household. Accepted documents include:
  • Income certification from South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES)
  • Last two unemployment payment stubs or current readout of benefits
  • Notice of Action or Verification of Benefits
  • Paycheck stubs
  • Previous year’s income tax return
  • Social Security/Disability annual statement of benefit letter (benefits must be effective in January of the current year)
• Proof of address (one of the following):
  • Current gas or electric bill in the name of an adult living in the household
  • Rental or lease agreement
• Valid identification for all adults in household (one of the following):
  • Valid passport
  • Valid photo ID and Social Security card
• One of the following for all minor children in household:
• Birth certificate
• Medi-Cal card
• School ID with picture
