The Audit Committee facilitates communication between the City Council, management and auditors to promote financial transparency.

Meetings

Meetings are held each year in spring and fall. They are held in the Council Chamber, 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite B.

The Audit Committee is made up of two City Councilmembers, City Manager, Director of Finance and one member of the public. They serve a two-year term, do not receive compensation, and are not eligible for reimbursement.
